Corner Gallery is a new studio gallery in the vibrant Bishopthorpe Road area. Run by Andres Jaroslavsky, the gallery operates as a display space and as an open studio. Andres Jaroslavsky is a self-taught painter specializing in portraiture who has had several solo exhibitions. In August 2014, Andres completed his Masters in Creative Practice at Leeds College of Art. Among his many local commissions are paintings for York restaurants The Olive Tree, Il Paradiso del Cibo and El Gaucho.

Welcome to the Artfulness Group of Contemporary Artists This group now consists of three artists includingAmie Antoniak, her mum Issie Antoniak and uncle, David Foat Amie set up a gallery called Artfulness in York, in April 2005.
