
Although a framing workshop has existed here for many years, it was when professional photographer Gillian Cumming took over the business in 2009, that we truly became established both as a 'Centre ofExcellence' in quality framing services and an artwork destination for a much wider community. Originally from Scotland, Gillian brought a wealth of experience to the Thames Valley, having just returned to the UK after 12 years working as a commercial photographer in the USA and Gulf States.

Both artist and ballerina share an interest in helping the Alzheimers Society and these lovely works were developed following an invitation to Gordon King to sketch and photograph Darcey at work atthe Royal Opera House. We are committed to giving a minimum of £50 to the sale of every print to the Alzheimers Society. More Than Words was launched in 2010 by creative designer Lisa Long. Lisa's lifetime love of interiors, graphic design and typography, combined with a search to find a piece of original artwork forher own home, led her to follow her creative passion. I was struggling to find artwork that had it all - contemporary, premium quality yet reasonably priced, a great talking point and something that was unique and meaningful.

Lavinia specialises in the restoration of oil paintings on canvas, panel, metal and slate, covering all periods of history. She has particular experience in 16th, 17th and 18th century paintings. Sheworks both at her studio and on the site of clients. Her studio is within 30 minutes of London, 15 minutes from Heathrow and close to the M4, M25 and M40 motorways.

Lesley took up watercolour painting in 1986, shortly after getting married and moving to Maidenhead. Painting had always been a favourite hobby of hers however, and a sketch book always accompaniedher on travels to Europe as a student and on holiday. Lesley studied German and French at Exeter University, during which time she lived in Germany for a year.

Carina established CARINA HASLAM ART (CHA) in London twelve years ago and then in 2011 opened in this small but well stocked gallery in Great Missenden. Now in its 12th year, the gallery exhibitslife-sized bronzes, land and seascapes and semi-abstract work. These pieces are purchased by clients including Flemings bank, Fortnum and Mason, Nicky Haslam, The House of Lords and many private collectors around the world.

Royston Fisher was born in Hornchurch, Essex in 1930. On taking early retirement in 1987, Royston decided to pursue his love of pictures by starting Monopteros Fine Art. He brings a professional,knowledgeable and courteous approach to his consultancy including value assessments, provenance research, restoration and quality framing.

I am based at my workshop, Artisan, in the beautiful National Trust village of West Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. All the pieces I create are made by hand on site. I have a selection of items on displayfor sale, but also offer a commission service. All commissions are bespoke and designed to suit each customer's style, personality and budget.
