Also offers a wide range of courses and workshops. The high quality work is tpically bright contemporary work. National, local and regional artists and makers.

We show a wide range of work embracing ceramics, glass, jewellery, sculpture, printmaking, collage and photography, as well as painting in oils, watercolour, acrylics and other media. The aim was tocreate an artist-run gallery with an informal, visitor friendly environment. Eagle Bookshop has supported and sponsored Eagle Gallery from its beginning and continues to do so.

I was born in Cannes, France, before moving to England at a very early age to be brought up in Bedford, my 'home' town. Although I have always had an interest in art and have produced a large amountof work in mediums such as film, lino cuts, silk screen, felt, ceramic, acrylics, water colours, wood, metal and stained glass, I have only recently started exhibiting.

Picture Corner has been trading in Ampthill, Bedfordshire for over 20 years. The business has provided local residents and businesses alike with a high quality picture framing service as well ashaving a range of limited edition prints by a wide variety of artists, including such well-known names as Doug Hyde, Fletcher Sibthorp and Sue Howells.

Rumours Decorative Arts were first established back in 1985, we exhibited at many quality Antique Fairs across the country showing a varied selection of English Art Pottery ceramics. In 1986 wediscovered Moorcroft Pottery by purchasing by chance, a 1940's piece of the Anemone pattern on a Blue ground, at a local Antiques Fair and just loved it, at that time not very many people knew of the Pottery and it was still relatively undiscovered.

Bedford Creative Arts is a contemporary arts charity. We deliver a programme of artist commissions and residencies, events, projects, and workshops that cater for a wide audience and provide newopportunities for artists. We commission artists who want to make new work in response to people and places and whose work involves other people. Art made in public and community spaces by artists who actively encourage participation in their work.

The gallery has a diverse range of work from Ceramics, Glass, Jewellery, paintings and print as well as much more. A series of riddles and clues throughout the book led to the place where a gold harewas buried. The secret location was actually in Ampthill park itself and It seemed only right to name the gallery after this beautiful item and story.

Angela and her husband Tim are both artists, although Tim is a little more sporadic with his art. Angela, our artist in residence, has been drawing and painting as long as she can remember, but purelyas a hobby, but now, starting the gallery she is finally doing something that she has wanted to do for a long time - concentrate on her art.
