About the Business
Through working with both camera and computer Ian creates images that seek to challenge/problematise traditional conceptions of photography and painting. Techniques and understandings from both fields - such as the layering of colour or the interplay of light - are used to produce images that capture the spirit/essence of the locality. In response Ian asks 'does it matter?'. I offer tailored workshops on a one-to-one basis in The Forest of Dean, a beautiful corner of countryside between the Severn and Wye Rivers in Gloucestershire UK.
