About the Business
Sculpt Gallery in Essex is one of a handful of art galleries in the UK specialising in contemporary British sculpture and other forms of three-dimensional art. The principal artist is international sculptor Maurice Blik, whose home and studio are on site. In addition to holding a comprehensive collection of his work, the gallery hosts regular exhibitions, offering a wide range of high-quality sculpture, ceramics and glass by some of the UK's leading and emerging artists. Many of the artists undertake private and public art commissions so if you would like assistance or advice regarding commissioning a work of art, please get in touch. During the summer months larger work is exhibited outside. A selection of smaller works of art by some of our regular gallery artists may now be purchased direct from our online Artstore or if you prefer to see work in the round, pop into the Artstore space within the gallery. We're open every Saturday, 11am-4pm, from March to December.
