About the Business

I'm an experienced artist and specialise in pet portraits, people portraits and my own fine art work in the beautiful medium of oil paints and watercolours, although I now use mainly oils as I find I'm most suited to them. They're a valuable, rich and forgiving medium to work with that creates paintings that look vibrant and last forever, combined with my love of animals and people, I feel I have found my niche. I've just started to create this website and will be adding commissions I am working on and future commissions all the time, so please keep coming back and visiting my website. In 1986 I qualified with an HND in Art & Design and in 2001 I qualified with a BA (Hons) in Illustration. I have found that over the years of being a creative artist, I love painting more than anything and as much as I strive for character and likeness in the subjects I am painting, the craft is very important to me.
