About the Business
We will endeavour to have your order delivered as safely and quickly as possible via the UPS 24 hour delivery service. However, no delivery service has a 100% success record and for the occasion when a delivery fails, we have to wait 10 days for UPS to complete their checks.
During this period we have to place a hold on sending out a replacement. That said, our promise to you, our customer, is that we guarantee that a replacement will be sent immediately after this short period. Please bear this in mind before placing an order.
