JLF Designs was established in 1991, Jason Fowler started working mainly in the Motorbike market, at a time when almost every aspect of helmet painting was produced by hand. Jason's airbrushing and innovative designs soon caught the eye of the motor-racing market and by 1995 Britain's top drivers were taking their helmets to the JLF workshop tucked away in the English countryside.
The list of drivers using JLF Designs now reads like a who's who of British motorsport with Lewis Hamilton using our designs and paintwork since 1999, and his distinctive design has become one of the most recognisable in motorsport. More information about this is on our Lewis Hamilton page.
