Oscars Fine Art & Framing started life in Haslingden, Rossendale back in the 60's formerly know as the Anne Belshaw Gallery ,in year 2000 The Business changed hands and the Business Name was changed to 'Oscars".

Soon after the Business Moved to Bank Street Rawtenstall a very busy Northern town, Oscars began having Artist Exibitions from Geoff Butterworth,and a Host of More....Ordering Pictures and Prints of Local and International Artists.

Oscars also started stocking Gifts and Jewellery as well as Limited edition prints and Original Pictures. In 2005 the Business Changed hands again and and I carried on the Business with great success, but the New age was upon us, so i decided to re establish 'Oscars" in the present day for the better ,I must say the move in to the New Technology wasn't a easy decision to make, but I had to move with the times.
